I am North Texas based artist working out of Denton Texas with a undergraduate degree in Painting and a minor in Art History from the University of North Texas, currently I am MFA candidate at the University of North Texas with an emphasize in Painting. My work focuses on the feeling and emotions related around the idea of a home and how these ideas can change with time based on individual experiences. Work includes painting, collage, fabric and often features words or writing that try to explain the connections that all items share as they exist in our world; often a lot of my art is uses multiple mediums and references more than one theme or idea.
